After more than ten years working as a wedding dress designer, I have noticed this to be the number one thing that my clients complain to me about:
Bridal boutiques that carry sample dresses to try-on only in three sizes: small, malnourished and emaciated.
Imagine you have fallen in love with a designer's dress online. You track down a boutique in your town that stocks this dress. You make an appointment and wait patiently for the day when you can visit the boutique to try on your dream dress.
The day finally arrives but your excitement turns to disappointment when you discover that the boutique only has a size small sample for you to try on, however you are a larger size. The boutique staff try unsuccessfully to shoe-horn you into the size small. They drape the dress next to you with assurances that it will look great, however there is no way that you are about to drop thousands of dollars on a dress which you are unable try on first. What a waste of time.
This is where Lost in Paris is different. We have sample dresses available for you to try on in EVERY size; XS to XXXXL.
What's more, you may try the sample dresses on in the comfort of your own home, free of charge (Australian brides only). If it's listed in our webstore then it's available for you to try on.
When you try on a dress at home you will be able to feel how comfortable it is to dance in, to laugh, and to sit and eat pizza. You will feel the soft natural fibres against your skin. You will determine whether the silhouette of the dress suits your body shape, and whether the colour of the fabric suits your skin tone.
Hundreds of brides have taken advantage of this free home try-on service, such as beautiful Alicia who lives interstate.

“I came across Lost in Paris on Instagram and fell in love with the style, I was sent three dresses to try on at home and absolutely adored the Free Spirit gown. I loved that it made me feel beautiful but I also thought that I could easily eat lots of pizza and still feel comfortable in the dress.”
