Are your dresses original vintage?

No, our dresses are made by us, from original vintage fabrics.

Where are your dresses made?

Our dresses are entirely made by our ninja dressmakers in our Sydney atelier. 

Do you have plus-size sample dresses to try on?

We carry many sample dresses up to size XXXXL. If a dress is listed in our online store then it is available for you to try on.

How do I figure out my size?

Can you make a dress to my measurements?

Yes, we are able to make any of our dresses to your measurements. 

Can you customise my dress with longer sleeves?

Yes, we are able make minor customisations, eg. longer sleeves, shorter hemline, lower back, longer train.

Can you make me a bespoke/couture dress?

Yes, we can. Please email us for a quote.

Can you refashion my mother's wedding dress?

I live interstate, do you have any stockists?

We only sell exclusively through our Sydney atelier and online store. However you may borrow a sample dress or two, to try on at home. Available to Australian brides only.

How can I borrow sample dresses to try on at home?

I live overseas, can you make a dress to my measurements?

Yes! A fitting is not necessary, most of our customers are from interstate or overseas. We ship anywhere on planet earth.

How long will my custom dress take to make?

Your dress will be finished within 8 weeks. We can make your dress faster for an extra fee.

How much does a made-to-measure dress cost?

Your made-to-measure dress will cost approximately $200 more than a ready-made dress. Please email us for a quote.

What measurements do you need?

If you are unable to visit us in person, you will need to visit your local professional dressmaker to be measured. We will email you with instructions after you place your order.

What if I lose weight after I have purchased a ready-made dress?

No problem, our dresses have been designed to be simple for your local dressmaker to make any adjustments, should your measurements change. Alternatively, we can make any last minute adjustments for a small fee.

Do you have any ready-made dresses which I can purchase now?

We have a number of ready-made dresses in sizes XS to XXXXL. Visit our online store here.

Do you accept returns?

Yes we accept returns should you change your mind, even on made-to-measure dresses.

Do I need to book an appointment to try on a dress?

Yes. Please Email us to book an appointment. After hours appointments are also available.

How much does an appointment cost?

Nothing. Zero. Zilch.

Can I take photographs during my appointment?

Hell yes.

Where do you source your antique lace?

Our lace is sourced from all over the world, the majority coming from Europe.

Can you send me some lace swatches?

For free lace swatches please email us with your postal address, and tell us which dresses are your favourite.

Can I reserve a dress?

Yes you may reserve a dress with a 25% deposit. The deposit is refundable should you change your mind.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes. Please email us for more details.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and direct bank deposit.
